Private filing assistance
My Florida Filing is a private company, not a government agency, law firm, accounting firm, or tax adviser. Purchasing our service is optional. You may file directly with the Florida Department of State without using us.
Price and authorization
Our service fee is $449 per filing request. Government filing fees, late fees, penalties, and other third-party charges are separate and are not included in the $449 service fee. By submitting an order, you confirm that your information is accurate, that you are authorized to act for the business, and that we may prepare and submit the filing using the information you provide.
Timing and corrections
Filing times and government processing times are not guaranteed. We may contact you for missing or inconsistent information. You are responsible for reviewing all prefilled public-record information and telling us about required changes before submission.
Electronic communications
You consent to receive service-related communications electronically. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism; opting out of marketing does not prevent essential communications about an order you placed.
