Information we collect
We use public Florida business records to identify entities and prefill filing details. When you use our service, we collect the contact, business, filing, and authorization information you submit, plus transaction identifiers and payment status from Stripe. My Florida Filing does not receive or store your full card number.
How we use and share information
We use information to provide filing assistance, process payments, communicate about an order, prevent fraud, honor unsubscribe requests, and comply with law. We share data with service providers such as Stripe, Resend, Supabase, and our hosting provider only as needed to operate the service. Filing information may be submitted to the Florida Division of Corporations and can become part of a public record.
Retention and choices
We retain order and compliance records for legitimate business and legal needs. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email notices@floridafilingassist.com. Some records may need to be retained for payment, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal purposes.
