Refund policy

Contact notices@floridafilingassist.com promptly if you need to cancel. If our team has not begun preparing your filing, the $449 service fee is eligible for a full refund.

After preparation or review has begun, any refund will be based on the work already performed. Once a filing has been submitted, the service fee is generally nonrefundable. Government filing fees, late fees, and other third-party charges are nonrefundable after they have been paid or committed to the applicable third party.

Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be corrected. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.
